Randon founded Alexander Strategies in 2024 to provide local candidates with the same level of resources and attention typically reserved for higher-profile races. With over a decade of political experience, he has been deeply involved in various aspects of campaign work, from door-to-door canvassing and fundraising to envelope stuffing and other essential tasks. His extensive experience spans multiple states, including North Carolina, Florida, New York, and now Virginia. Randon has held several key positions, such as Finance Director at the Democratic Party of Virginia, Regional Political Director for the Jennifer McClellan for Governor campaign, and legislative affairs coordinator for Virginia State Senator Jennifer Boysko during the 2020 session. Additionally, he has contributed to various field campaigns for coordinated efforts in North Carolina and Virginia. Randon's efforts have been instrumental in helping candidates, organizations, and causes raise close to $10 million throughout his time working in politics.
